The sale agreement, formally executed on June 22, 2023, under the entity Godrej Westmark LLP, came with a substantial stamp duty of Rs 28.21 crore, reflecting the substantial nature of this transaction.
This 14.8-acre gem strategically nestles near Daulatabad village in Sector 103 of Gurugram, promising boundless potential for future development and expansion.
Godrej Properties continues to expand its presence in Gurugram, having previously secured nine acres of prime land in December 2022 for an upscale residential venture. Furthermore, the company is actively shaping luxury residences along the prestigious Golf Course Road in Gurugram, poised to generate an estimated revenue of Rs 3,100 crore.
Simultaneously, the Godrej 101 Project has successfully introduced Phase 1 to the esteemed residents of Sector 79 in Gurgaon. At present, Phase 2 is open for bookings, featuring three elegant towers, each standing tall at 14 floors.
